Sports Specific Coaching will help you gain the
competitive edge you are looking for whether you are an
amateur or elite athlete.
This is not a one size fits all
training program. Each program is designed specifically
for the client whether for a single race or for an entire season. A
consultation will take place prior to the program being
designed. Upon completion of this consultation
a program will be designed that fits the goals and
life of the client. This program will be laid out by month, week and
day. When the program is complete there will be a
consultation to review the program in detail so the
client has a complete understanding of their
personalized program.

Sports Specific Coaching will help you gain the
competitive edge you are looking for whether you are an
amateur or elite athlete.
Your training plan will evolve
as you train. Every four weeks you can receive your
tailored training program based on your progress from
the pervious four weeks. The training program will be
adjusted based on progress and your individual needs
(i.e. vacations, injury, etc.). You will also receive
weekly e-mail contact from your coach to help keep you
motivated and on track with your training program.

Personal coaching takes all aspects of an individual’s
life and goals into consideration. Studies have shown
that 1 in 10 people do not stick with a training program
without the help of a professional. A coach will look
at all aspects of the client’s life to design a program
that can successfully be integrated into a client’s life

ability or experience. While programs are tailored to
each individual client they are based on the same

focused coaching strategy that combines fitness,
