Written Race/Sports Specific Coaching Programs            

NOTE: This training plan does not include coach contact or training schedule modification.  This is a written training program for you to take and use on your own.

Sports Specific Coaching will help you gain the competitive edge you are looking for whether you are an amateur or elite athlete.

This is not a one size fits all training program. Each program is designed specifically for the client whether for a single race or for an entire season. A consultation will take place prior to the program being designed.  Upon completion of this consultation a program will be designed that fits the goals and life of the client. This program will be laid out by month, week and day. When the program is complete there will be a consultation to review the program in detail so the client has a complete understanding of their personalized program.


 
E-Coaching Race/Sports Specific Coaching

Sports Specific Coaching will help you gain the competitive edge you are looking for whether you are an amateur or elite athlete.

Your training plan will evolve as you train.  Every four weeks you can receive your tailored training program based on your progress from the pervious four weeks.  The training program will be adjusted based on progress and your individual needs (i.e. vacations, injury, etc.).  You will also receive weekly e-mail contact from your coach to help keep you motivated and on track with your training program.


Sports Specific Coaching Benefits:

Personal coaching takes all aspects of an individual’s life and goals into consideration.  Studies have shown that 1 in 10 people do not stick with a training program without the help of a professional.  A coach will look at all aspects of the client’s life to design a program that can successfully be integrated into a client’s life without sacrificing relationships or careers.

At Discovery Coaching Systems we realize that physical training alone can only provide a portion of what is needed to reach a high level of performance.  Having a focused coaching strategy that combines fitness, techniques and mental preparation will produce the performance and fitness level that they desire.  Through our coaching we seek to educate our clients in techniques and methodologies that will keep them on the right path toward a high level of health and performance.  We teach our clients that using their time and energy wisely makes them more efficient and allows for a greater opportunity for success.

We will design and deliver a program that will provide the necessary knowledge to increase personal performance.  Through our focus on physical, behavioral and strategic coaching aids we will help our clients obtain their goals and reach their fullest potential.
