Written Personal Fitness Training Program                          

NOTE: This training program does not include coach contact or training schedule modification.  This is a written training program for you to take and use on your own.

Personal fitness coaching takes all aspects of an individuals life and their personal fitness goals into consideration to provide the best fitness program to meet the clients fitness needs.

This is not a one size fits all training program.  Each program is designed specifically for the client and their personal goals.  A consultation will take place prior to the training program being designed.  The training program will be to fit the clients life.  This program will be laid out by month, week and day.  When the program is complete there will be a consultation to review the program and to go over the program in detail so the client has a complete understanding of their personalized program.


 
E-Coaching Personal Fitness Training

NOTE: This training program does not include coach contact or training schedule modification.  This is a written training program for you to take and use on your own.

Personal fitness coaching takes all aspects of an individuals life and their personal fitness goals into consideration to provide the best fitness program to meet the clients fitness needs.

Your training plan will evolve as you train.  Every four weeks you can receive your tailored training program based on your progress from the pervious four weeks.  The training program will be adjusted based on progress and your individual needs (i.e. vacations, injury, etc.).  You will also receive weekly e-mail contact from your coach to help keep you motivated and on track with your training program.

At Discovery Coaching Systems we realize every client has different needs, strengths, weaknesses and goals.  Having a focused coaching plan will help clients reach the fitness level that they desire.  Through our coaching we seek to educate our clients in techniques and methodologies that will keep them on the right path toward a high level of health, wellness and fitness.  We teach our clients that using their time and energy wisely makes them more efficient and allows for a greater opportunity for success.

Coaching is an educational process of applying knowledge to human endeavors.  It is this application that creates a consistent and superlative healthy lifestyle.  All that is required to reach the clients highest potential is a little confidence and a commitment.  Remember a fitness and obtaining goals is never strictly dependent on physical training.
