Nutrition Coaching Terms and Conditions

E-Coaching Nutrition Program

Program Includes:

Consultation – Review of background, goals, health-history, nutrition history and past training
Printed nutrition guidelines
An adjusted tailored program e-mailed to you every four week (based on continuing your program)
E-mail support (Once a week, client initiated)
Consultation via telephone or in person (depending on location)* to go over the written program so the client has a full understanding of the program

E-Coaching Nutrition Program Fees

$50/per 4-weeks – Detailed Nutrition Guidelines*
$60/per hour One-on-One Time*
$175 Grocery Shopping Education Trip ($100.00 goes toward groceries)**
*A Nutritional Analysis is required prior to purchasing the Detailed Nutrition Guidelines
** Available only in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. All travel over 10 miles round trip has a fee of .47 cents/mile.

Note: All fees MUST be paid in full prior to E-coaching programs being constructed. There will be minimum one-week of lead-time once the payment is received for the coach to construct and distribute the program (some programs may take longer depending on the clients needs). All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once construction and/or distribution of the program have taken place. If choosing to continue with E-coaching it is suggested to sign-up one week prior to the current 4-week session ending so there is no lapse between 4-week sessions. All e-mail consultations have a 24-36 hour response time from the trainer. Clients will be billed for travel fees*

Nutrition Analysis

Program Includes:

Analysis of a 3-5 day food diary
Written results that will explain areas that are good and areas that need to improve
Consultation via telephone to go over the written program so the client has a full understanding of the program

Nutrition Analysis Program Fees

$60 First Analysis
$40 Each Additional Analysis

Note: All fees MUST be paid in full prior to the nutrition analysis being completed. There will be minimum one-week of lead-time once the payment is received for the coach to perform the analysis and distribute the results. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the analysis has begun.
