Personal One-on-One Life Wellness Coaching Program Fees:

$240 4-Session Package

*In person sessions can be arranged if located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area.
All travel over 10 miles round trip will have a travel fee of .47 cents/mile.

Group Life Wellness Coaching Program Fees:

You pick the number of hours you would like to have your group attend.

A group is 10-20 people (more than 20 people please call for pricing)

Extra provisions when choosing Group Life Wellness Coaching:

2 hour and 4 hour sessions may be done via telephone
All offered group life wellness coaching is meant to be done in person
Travel fees will be assessed at .47 cents/mile for travel over 10 miles round trip.
If air travel is needed to reach a location the client will be responsible for travel to and from the airports at arrival and departure locations,
airfare and rental car.
If over night accommodations are need the client will be responsible for over-night accommodations.

Note: All fees MUST be paid in full prior to Life Wellness Coaching Programs being constructed. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once construction and/or distribution of the program have taken place. There will be a minimum of one-week lead-time once the payment is received for the coach to construct and distribute the program (some programs may take longer depending on the clients needs). Clients will be billed for all travel fees.

Life Wellness Coaching Terms and Conditions

Life Wellness Coaching Programs

All fees MUST be paid in full prior to Life Wellness Coaching Programs being constructed. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once construction and/or distribution of the program have taken place. There will be a minimum of one-week lead-time once the payment is received for the coach to construct and distribute the program (some programs may take longer depending on the clients needs). Clients will be billed for travel fees.

Additional Terms and Conditions (these apply to all programs)

Billing: All clients must pre-pay. All fees MUST be paid in full prior for any program to be constructed, developed or administered. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once construction and/or distribution of the program have taken place. Bills are issued directly to the client when a service contract is retained and are due prior to construction, development or administration of any program/activity. All travel will be billed monthly to the client. Travel expenses are due upon receipt of billing.
One-on-One Coach Time: One-on-One coach time requires a $120 security deposit. This security deposit is only refundable in full if there are no less than 24-hour cancellations by the client. Any cancellation made in less than 24-hours by the client will cost the client the fee for the session being cancelled and half ($60) of their security deposit. Clients are only allotted two less than 24-hour cancellations. After the second less than 24-hour cancellation the client loses the session fee plus the other half ($60) of their security deposit and the client will not be allowed to receive One-on-One coach time for a 6-month period. If the coach cancels a One-on-One coach time session in less than 24-hours the coach owes the client a free session in addition to the rescheduled session.
Scheduling Appointments: Appointment scheduling for phone times or one-on-one time is done 2-months out. We work with many people’s schedules, therefore scheduling is done pm a first come first serve basis.
Travel: Travel in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area over 10 miles round trip has a fee of .47 cents per mile. Air travel, hotel accommodations and rental car for extended travel and stay will be at the expense of the client. Clients will be billed for travel fees.
